Welcome to Visual Impact Gifts. We provide thoughtfully curated gifts and professionally managed gifting services for individuals and organizations across Ontario and Canada.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, online purchases, and, where applicable, custom and corporate gifting projects. By using our website or placing an order with Visual Impact Gifts, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Visual Impact Gifts
Visual Impact Gifts provides curated gifting solutions for personal and corporate occasions, including client appreciation, employee recognition, onboarding, holidays, events, and other meaningful gifting initiatives.
Our services may include product sourcing and curation, customization, branding, presentation, message cards, project coordination, and delivery.

2. Placing an Order
Ready-to-ship gifts may be purchased directly through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the details provided at checkout.
Corporate, bulk, branded, and custom gifting projects may require additional information, lead time, and approval before an order is confirmed. Project details, pricing, quantities, timelines, branding requirements, and payment terms may be outlined separately in a quote, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Visual Impact Gifts.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, customization, branding, or other project-related charges may be added depending on the order.
Online orders are processed through our secure payment system.
For corporate or custom projects, payment requirements and schedules may vary depending on the size and nature of the project and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Cambridge and ship throughout Ontario and Canada.
Most standard online orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Corporate and custom gifting projects may require additional lead time depending on quantity, product availability, customization, branding, and delivery requirements.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates. Visual Impact Gifts cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or be responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Damaged Orders
Due to the nature of curated gifts, food products, personalized items, and custom orders, we do not generally accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, Visual Impact Gifts will arrange for the damaged, incorrect, or defective product to be replaced.
If the original product is no longer available, a suitable replacement of comparable value may be provided.

6. Gift Messages & Message Cards
Every Visual Impact Gifts order includes a Visual Impact Gifts branded message card. Customers may provide a personalized message to be included with their gift at no additional charge.
For corporate and custom gifting projects, additional branding options may be available, including custom message cards, branded inserts, gift tags, stickers, and other presentation elements depending on the project requirements.
Visual Impact Gifts reserves the right to decline or remove message content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving names, messages, logos, artwork, addresses, and other personalized information provided for an order.
7. Product Availability & Substitutions
Our gifts often include products sourced from independent makers and small-batch suppliers. Product availability may therefore change from time to time.
If an item becomes unavailable, Visual Impact Gifts may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality, presentation, and intention of the gift whenever reasonably possible.
For custom or corporate projects involving significant substitutions, we may contact the client for approval where appropriate.
8. Corporate & Custom Gifting Projects
Corporate and custom gifting projects are developed according to the requirements agreed upon with the client.
Project scope may include sourcing, curation, branding, packaging, message cards, assembly, delivery coordination, and direct-to-recipient shipping.
Timelines depend on product availability, quantities, customization requirements, client approvals, and delivery requirements. Delays in receiving approvals, artwork, recipient information, payment, or other required information may affect the agreed project timeline.
Any project-specific terms contained in an approved quote, proposal, invoice, or written agreement will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Privacy & Personal Information
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided to Visual Impact Gifts may be used to process orders, coordinate deliveries, communicate with clients and recipients where necessary, provide customer service, and operate our business.
Information may also be provided to trusted service providers when necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, or provide other services related to your order.

10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, designs, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Visual Impact Gifts and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Client logos, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Visual Impact Gifts remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Visual Impact Gifts makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, reliable service, and timely order fulfilment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Visual Impact Gifts is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, supplier disruptions, or incorrect information supplied by a customer or recipient.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada.
