2. Placing Your Order
Ordering is easy! Once you find the perfect gift, simply add it to your cart and head to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We do our best to keep everything in stock, but if something runs out, we may swap it with a similar item of equal or greater value that fits the theme of your gift. Your recipient will still receive something special—promise!
3. Payment Details
We accept most major payment methods through our secure checkout system. Your payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.
All prices are in Canadian Dollar and taxes and shipping costs may be added depending on your location.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Canada and aim to get your gift on its way within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow the journey.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location. While we can’t control postal delays, we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our gifts are curated, personalized, and sometimes include perishables, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. Personal Notes & Gift Messages
Adding a custom message is easy and free! Just type your note at checkout and we’ll include it in your box—either handwritten or printed on one of our beautiful cards, depending on the style you choose.
Please keep your message kind and appropriate—we reserve the right to remove anything offensive or inappropriate.
7. Substitutions
Occasionally, due to availability, we may need to substitute an item. Rest assured, it will always match the theme and value of your chosen gift box, and be just as delightful.
