Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes — every gift can include a personalized gift message to make your order feel even more thoughtful and memorable.

Do you offer direct-to-recipient shipping?

Yes — we can ship directly to your recipient, whether it’s a personal gift or a large corporate gifting project with multiple delivery addresses.

Are your products made in Canada?

Many of our gift boxes feature locally sourced, small-batch, and Canadian-made artisan products. We focus on quality, thoughtful curation, and supporting exceptional makers whenever possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer local delivery in Cambridge?

Yes — we offer free local delivery in Cambridge on qualifying orders over $100. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and order size.

How long does shipping take?

Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination across Ontario and Canada. Corporate and custom orders may require additional lead time depending on quantity and customization.

Do you ship across Ontario and Canada?

Yes — we proudly ship gift boxes across Ontario and throughout Canada for both personal and corporate gifting needs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of curated gift boxes, food products, and personalized orders, we do not accept general returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it quickly and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

Corporate Gifting

How does corporate gifting with Visual Impact Gifts work?

Visual Impact Gifts manages the gifting process from start to finish. We begin by understanding what you want the gift to accomplish, who it is for, and how you want the recipient to feel. From there, we coordinate sourcing, curation, branding, presentation, message cards and delivery, creating a thoughtful gifting experience that reflects your organization and the relationship behind the gift.

Do you offer branded corporate gifts?

Yes — branding can be incorporated into your gifting through options such as branded message cards, inserts, box stickers, closure stickers and gift tags. We’ll recommend the options that best complement the gift and your organization.

What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?

Our minimum order for custom corporate gifting projects is typically 10 gifts. For larger campaigns, we can fully coordinate sourcing, customization, branding, and direct shipping.

Can I add my logo to ready-to-ship gift boxes?

Yes — many of our ready-to-ship gift boxes can be enhanced with branded sleeves, custom gift notes, logo stickers, branded inserts, and other presentation upgrades depending on quantity and timing.

How do I request a custom corporate quote?
