At Visual Impact Gifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality gift baskets that meet the highest standards of health and safety. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, in compliance with Canadian and Ontario health and safety laws.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged or defective product to process your request.
2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and for the incorrect item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, fresh fruits, etc.)
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., lotions, soaps, etc.)
- Customized or personalized gift baskets
- Gift Certificates
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@vigiftbaskets.com / 519 620 8888 with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged due to customer mishandling).
Exchanges

Cancellations
1. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@vigiftbaskets.com / 519 620 8888
2. Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
